Your Content
You own your code and data. We just provide the bare metal and Kubernetes orchestration to run it.
No Abuse
No crypto-mining, bulk mailing, or illegal activities. We protect our cluster resources for legitimate developers.
Local Jurisdiction
We operate out of Raiganj, West Bengal. All services are governed by Indian law.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Abasthan Dashboard, you agree to these Terms. We provide managed hosting environments including Node.js, Python, and Go runtimes. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not deploy your applications on our infrastructure.
Acceptable Use Policy
Resource Integrity
You must not engage in any activity that disrupts our services or the networks connected to our K8s clusters. Overusing shared resources in an abusive manner may result in automatic throttling.
Prohibited Content
Hosting illegal content, malware, or phishing sites is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to terminate abusive accounts immediately without a refund.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Compliance
Usage must comply with Indian laws, including intellectual property and data privacy regulations.
2. Liability and Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime on our bare-metal infrastructure, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Abasthan Dashboard shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the platform.
