Abasthan is a platform built for engineers. We believe in pay-as-you-go fairness.Because we reserve high-performance hardware for your deployments, we balance flexibility with the actual cost of maintaining dedicated resources.
Detailed Terms
Credits & Wallet
The ₹250 welcome balance is for testing purposes and cannot be refunded as cash. Paid credits in your wallet remain active as long as your account is open.
Cancellations
Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable once the cycle starts. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Non-Refundables
Domain registrations and SSL certificates are permanent purchases through third-party registrars and cannot be refunded.
Downtime Credits
If we fail to meet our uptime commitments due to infrastructure failure, we issue service credits directly to your dashboard.
